Our Main Objectives
Jansanchar Manav Sewa Council works with 16 core objectives aimed at welfare, upliftment and empowerment of drivers, workers and communities across India.

Jansanchar Manav Sewa Council (JMSC) is committed to comprehensive welfare, upliftment and empowerment of drivers (Sarthi), labourers, workers, daily wage earners, economically weaker sections and disadvantaged communities through 16 core objects.
Social Welfare and Empowerment
To undertake, promote and support activities for the welfare, upliftment, empowerment and socio-economic development of drivers (Sarthi), labourers, workers, daily wage earners, low-income groups, economically weaker sections, underprivileged persons and other disadvantaged communities.
Healthcare and Medical Welfare
To establish, operate, support and promote healthcare and medical welfare activities including health awareness programmes, medical aid, free health check-up camps, first-aid services, ambulance and emergency support services, blood donation camps, mental health awareness programmes.
Shelter, Rest and Community Support Facilities
To establish, maintain, operate, manage or support rest rooms, shelter homes, night shelters, waiting halls, welfare centres, community centres and other support facilities for workers, drivers, travellers, homeless persons and economically weaker sections.
Legal Awareness, Assistance and Rights Protection
To promote legal literacy and awareness and to provide, facilitate or support legal aid, counselling, documentation assistance, consumer rights awareness, labour rights awareness and assistance relating to lawful rights and entitlements of workers, labourers, women, senior citizens and consumers.
Education, Literacy and Learning
To promote education, learning, literacy, digital literacy and skill-based learning among children, youth and adults and to establish, run, manage, support or assist educational institutions, libraries, learning centres, coaching centres, scholarship programmes and career guidance centres.
Skill Development, Vocational Training and Livelihood
To promote and facilitate skill development, vocational and technical training, entrepreneurship development, self-employment, livelihood generation, career development and employment-oriented programmes for unemployed, underemployed, disadvantaged and needy persons.
Women Empowerment and Gender Equality
To promote the welfare, education, safety, dignity, economic independence and empowerment of women and girls and to undertake programmes relating to women entrepreneurship, skill development, livelihood, gender equality, awareness, protection and social development.
Child Welfare, Education and Protection
To undertake and support activities for child welfare, child education, nutrition, healthcare, protection, development and rehabilitation and to provide assistance and support to orphaned, abandoned, homeless, vulnerable and economically disadvantaged children.
Senior Citizens and Differently Abled Persons Welfare
To promote and undertake welfare activities for senior citizens and persons with disabilities or special needs, including healthcare, education, rehabilitation, counselling, support services, social security awareness, livelihood and employment assistance.
Environment, Sanitation and Natural Resource Conservation
To promote and undertake activities for environmental protection, ecological sustainability, cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene, plantation and afforestation, water conservation, waste management, pollution awareness and prevention, and conservation of natural resources.
Rural, Urban and Community Development
To undertake, promote and support rural development, village development, urban welfare and community development programmes for improving living conditions, livelihood opportunities, public facilities, social infrastructure and overall quality of life.
Disaster Relief, Emergency Response and Rehabilitation
To provide, facilitate and support relief, rescue, emergency assistance, medical aid, food, clothing, shelter, rehabilitation, reconstruction and humanitarian assistance to persons and communities affected by natural or man-made disasters, accidents, epidemics and emergencies.
Poverty Alleviation, Food Security and Humanitarian Support
To undertake activities for poverty alleviation, hunger eradication, food security, nutrition support and humanitarian welfare and to provide or facilitate food, clothing, essential commodities, shelter and other necessary assistance to homeless, destitute and needy persons.
Public Awareness, Sports, Culture and Social Development
To organise, conduct, promote and support seminars, workshops, conferences, awareness campaigns, training programmes and public welfare events relating to health, hygiene, sanitation, road safety, labour rights, public welfare schemes and civic responsibilities.
Government, NGO, CSR and Institutional Collaboration
To collaborate, cooperate, associate or enter into lawful arrangements with Central and State Governments, Government departments, local authorities, NGOs, charitable organisations, CSR entities, educational and research institutions, national and international organisations.
Incidental and Ancillary Activities for Achievement of Objects
To do all such lawful acts, deeds, matters and things as may be necessary, incidental, ancillary or conducive to the attainment of the above objects, including establishing offices, centres, institutions and facilities; acquiring property; appointing employees and consultants.
